General Information
Schedules - Every effort is made to be on time according to the published schedules. However, sometimes circumstances develop that are beyond our control. Weather and traffic are a common source of arrival delays. Bus companies can not be liable for errors in the timetables or damage resulting from delayed buses.
Arrival Time - The arrival time is estimated for customers' reference. Exact arrival time depend on the current traffic situation.
Severe Weather - Customers are encouraged to check on the bus carriers' website in order to find out whether their selected route has been cancelled or not. Another way to check is to call the phone number on your e-Ticket. Please not that refunds are not available for services cancelled due to weather, however, you will be able to reschedule for an alternative time.
Bicycles - Bicycles may be transported based on space availability. Keep in mind that if space is found for your bicycle you will not be able to put another luggage in.
Child Fares - Some of the carriers provide free tickets for children under 2 years old providing they don't take up a seat. Any children above the age of 2 will be charged the full adult ticket payment.
Animals - Animals will not be transported.
Baggage/Luggage - Every passenger(Adult ticket purchase) is entitled to bring 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry-on. Bus carriers are not responsible for lost or misplaced luggage, please make sure you place your luggage securely and firmly in the holding trunk upon departure.
Objectionable Persons - Bus companies have the right to refuse services to any person under the influence of alcohol/drugs or to someone who is unable to take of themselves or to any person who conducts themselves in a way that is objectionable to the other passengers.
Cell Phones - Cell phone use may at times be limited due to consideration of other passengers(Mainly at night time).
Wi-Fi - Wireless services are offered by some of our carriers in the East Coast. Extra schedules might be added during weekends/holidays which are maintained by third party bus services, these buses do not always have wireless services despite advertisement. Please contact the relevant bus company in order to make sure of wireless availability.

Privacy Policy
BustoCity works only with companies that respect and care about the information you share with them. We appreciates your trust in us, we will handle said information with due dilligence and sensibility. BustoCity is not the distributer of tickets merely a medium in which you find the best deals suited to you.
Does BustoCity gather any information from their customers?
Due to BustoCity being a distributer rather than a bus company, we do not gather any of your information. We do however work with only the most reputable establishments and immediately pass on any concerns you might have to them.
Automatically gathered information: Even though we refer you to other companies we still gather certain typed of information(e.g. cookies), but this is only in order improve our customer service.
E-mail communications: Any email communication we have with you will be archived for 12 months and then deleted. None of the information will be shared and will only be used in order to come in contact with you(phone, email).
Information from other sources: BustoCity does not gather any information about you from other sources.

No, BustoCity does not share your information. Reschedule Policy
Can I change my reservation? How do I do it ?
Yes, it's possible to change your reservation under one condition: it must be for the same travel supplier(please note some services cannot be rescheduled due to availability and other reasons) - A reservation change can only be completed if it is petitioned 24 hours before the departure time and date mentioned on the ticket.
In order to change your ticket we encourage you to check your travel supplier's website as mentioned on the eTicket, changing your ticket also requires a fee. If you change your ticket by yourself your fee will be lower.
No change can be made after the departure date.
A new e-Ticket will be emailed to you; please print the new ticket and present it to redeem the services.

Sales Policy
Tickets and Confirmation - After successfully completing the checkout process the customer will receive an order confirmation number. Shortly afterwards an email containing the order summary and an e-Ticket will be sent.
How to use the e-Ticket - To board the bus, please bring along a printout of the e-Ticket.
Cancellation and Refund - Once a reservation is booked via bustocity.com, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. Duplicate bookings are non-refundable as those seats will have been removed from sales inventory. If by any chance the services offered by the bus operators are not delivered, full refunds or alternate travel arrangements will be made.
Reschedule - Please read our Reschedule Policy first and afterward contact us before your departure time. (Please note some services cannot be rescheduled due to availability and other reasons) Price Change - Some price changes may take place in holidays, weekends and special events.
Condition of Use -
1. The ticket is valid only for the date and time stated on the ticket.
2. Customers must bring a valid ID and a printout of the e-Ticket (confirmation email) at boarding for an ID Check.
3. Customer's name (s) on the e-Ticket must match the passenger's (or one of the passengers') name in order to board.
4. The printout of e-Tickets must be signed by the customer as proof of boarding.
5. Passengers should arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time, otherwise the seat might be sold to stand-by passengers.
