Why can't I see leaving/drop off locations?
To view bus station locations choose your route and press the "Buy ticket"button, you will be forwarded to a page that enables you to choose the location and displays the address.

Why can't I see the bus departure and arrival times and dates ?
To view departure and arrival times and dates press the "Buy ticket" button, you will be forwarded to a page that enables you to choose the date you'd like to depart at and the times in which the bus leaves and arrives at your desired destination.

Why can't I see pricing information?
To view pricing information press the "Buy ticket" button, you will be forwarded to a page that shows the pricing of each ticket and the optioon to choose if you'd like a one way or a roundtrip.

Are there earlier/later buses arriving at my location ?
All of the departure/arrival times are listed and will not be subject to change, if any changes do occur you will be notified if you had made a purchase.

The route I'd like to take doesn't seem to exist, why is that ?
If you cannot find the route that you're trying to take in our search box this means one of two things:
1. The route is currently unavailable, if the route has been unavailable for a long time it will be removed.
2. An error has occurred in our system and you will have to manually choose your route from the search box.

What features does the bus include ?
Free WiFi, Clean Lavatory, Climate Controlled, High Back Seats, Head and Foot Rests, Individual Reading Lights, Kneeler for Safe Boarding, 110V Outlet Available Per Seat, Large Luggage Bays, Overhead Parcel Racks, Reclining Seats, Tinted Panoramic Windows, Wheelchair Accessible.

Are the buses handicap accessible ?
Yes, all buses are equipped with ramps or other means of accessibility.

Can I buy tickets at the station?
Tickets sold at the station are subject to availability, just like airline tickets.

How long in advance do I need to arrive?
15 minutes would be enough for most buses, it is advised to arrive 30 minutes in advance in case you're travelling with Dragon Coach buses.
Bus tours to Niagara Falls, DC etc also require 30 minutes before departure.

How do I get the round trip fare for specific trip?
If you buy two one-way tickets with opposite directions from the same bus company, the ticket fare will automatically be adjusted in your shopping cart.

Can I buy tickets for my friend?
Yes, if you enter your friend's name into the "customer name" field and use your credit card or check to check out. You could also write down your friend's email address into "customer name", and he/she could receive their e-Ticket via email.

What if I do not have a printer to print out the e-Tickets?
Please make sure to bring the confirmation number from your e-ticket and your ID. You will need to call the bus company directly in order to confirm that you can board the bus without the e-tTicket printout. The phone number of the bus company will appear in the confirmation email you receive after your purchase.
If you are leaving from Boston, you may be able to get a printout from the bus company for your return tickets.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Children up to 2 years old will be transported free of charge if they are not taking the seat of another passenger(read: sitting on the lap of their parent). Children over 2 years old will pay the full adult fare unless specified by a particular carrier or tour provider.

How do I find out if a bus is cancelled due to bad weather?
If you have questions about weather delays or cancellations, please call the bus company with whom you are scheduled to travel. Their contact phone number will be listed on your e-Ticket under "terms & conditions". Please remember that we are not responsible for each bus company's cancellations and cannot provide you with this information.
